The Service Desk contains within it the National Operations Centre [NOC] which is the nerve centre of the Managed Services operation covering the entire spectrum from incident logging through to case closure. The Ethan Group Service Desk enables your users to log support cases via a web portal, email or telephone providing incident tracking using a unique ticket number to ensure real time continuous case management right through the incident life cycle.
