Ethan Group is able to provide secure hosted and disaster recovery services through its partnership with a dedicated hosting facility. The facility has 25,000m2 of high redundancy space available now. The facility offers clients the piece of mind of maximum uptime of their critical devices. The facility adheres to full N+1 redundancy policies made possible by systems such as;

• Backup power, using 6 generators, 2 separate sub stations in the building and multiple diesel suppliers. At full capacity the facility can run for 48 hours without a diesel refill. The site is also a priority for power reconnection.
• Inergen fire suppression gas plus dry pipe fire sprinklers.
• 24 x 7 manned security also man trap access security and 117 cameras throughout the building.
• Redundant communications feeds from all major telecommunication and data providers
• The building is flood, fire and earthquake proof
• Close proximity to all city and suburban transport including train, bus, light rail and ferry.
• Parking is also available and the facility is within walking distance to the CBD.
